HOME HEALTH VISIT

A skilled nursing visit involves a registered nurse (RN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) coming to your home to perform specialized care, which may include wound care, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other necessary skilled nursing procedures. These visits follow the care plan and physician's orders, with the frequency varying based on each patient's needs, ranging from multiple visits daily to just a few visits per week.
